The rooms were fancy with ac, the staff were kind and very good.

Gorgeous and clean place, pleasant view at sunset. Impeccably clean room, a shower and bath sheets in the room. Savoury breakfast, delicious food. Really great overall experience.

The road leading to this so-called paradise is ridiculously narrow with no sign to guide the way. The complimentary breakfast was utterly disappointing, I expected at least a hint of luxury. I was really hoping for a room upgrade, but clearly, those kind of perks are for the more 'important' guests. I almost thought of raving about it but just couldn't.

Location: the hotel was just next door to lake and beach. Very good and kind staff that assisted during our awesome stay. A wide array of food for breakfast, which was REASONABLY PRICED to satisfy everyone.

The location of the hotel was amazing, in a very quiet area of Cherai beach backing onto the inner waterway. Last time I stopped, had well-maintained room in a beautiful garden.

The spacious standard cottage had a unique open-bath design that was a hit for relaxation. We loved the beautiful hotel and its serene backwater views .

Consider asking the staff for tailored activity recommendations. They have excellent local knowledge and can arrange experiences you might not find on your own.

My experience was marred by the uncomfortable room and dirty sheets. The bathroom lacked basic toiletries, quite disappointing given the price. The road leading to the hotel was narrow and poorly marked.

Awesome place with free wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and a spa. The staff helped me find directions during my first stay. I recommend trying the massage service. I'm excited to return for a city break!

An Enchanting Nature Retreat with Really good Service!

From the amazing views by the backwater to the warm hospitality of the staff, my family enjoyed our stay. Mr Rishad's personal touch, helping us explore the area. Be sure to indulge in the delicious breakfast menu. It kept us excited each day!

All was wonderful.

The stay was delightful, especially enjoying the lovely views from the large veranda of our room in the Heritage Wing. Watching the local wildlife, including kingfishers and herons while sipping tea was a special highlight. The staff, especially Richard, were incredibly attentive, ensuring our needs were met and helping us order from the nearby restaurant. A slight improvement in maintaining the surroundings would enhance the experience even more.

I loved the scenic yoga classes offered with lake views. The sunset boat rides were magical!

The cottages had a rustic charm, especially Cottage 1, with its air conditioning and fine backwater views. We enjoyed a refreshing boat ride at sunset, and the seafood was the freshest I've tasted, though a bit pricey. The staff were attentive, especially Emil, who always greeted us with a smile. The room could use some serious improvements. We encountered dirty sheets and basic toiletries were missing. The bathroom lacked hooks and had low water pressure in the shower. There was also stagnant water nearby, unappealing. Lastly, the breakfast options were quite limited, providing only basic items like idli or toast. It was like the hotel could shine with a little more maintenance and attention to detail.
